Profile of Ram Mohan Kota

Ram Mohan Kota, a senior management professional, with certifications from Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD); and Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences (ISABS) is a polished facilitator and presenter with extensive experience.

His rich experience of about three decades in sales, consulting and training with leading corporates and educational institutions enables him to enhance the effectiveness of his training interventions.

His training assignments have taken him to audiences across the country giving him the expertise to train people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

He is passionate about Training with a purpose to help empower people, enhance their competency and productivity, and bring about positive change. In view of which, his commitment has been towards learning leadership principles himself. This he does through not only imparting corporate training but also by attending many a workshops and researches on diverse topics.

Kota’s proficiency lies in Emotional Intelligence and Communication Skills. Within this domain his work has focused on personal and professional development in people through behavioral modifications. He is experienced in facilitating top corporate executives, professionals, marketing and retail personnel by way of training interventions; one to one coaching; and mentoring.

Profile of Nicholos Ross


Nicholos Ross possesses extensive experience of over 27 years in Sales ,Marketing and Corporate training .In the earlier part of his career, Ross’s expertise has been considerable in the area of sales and marketing. Apart for being an overachiever himself, he has created effective sales teams and has rich experience in ground planning strategies and rollouts.  He has had excellent exposure to Profit Center Operations too.

In the later part of his career, Ross has Corporate Training experience with specific expertise in the areas of behavioral training and personality development. He combines the experience to working with leading corporates.  He is passionate for facilitating change through his work as a facilitator. He strongly believes that the right kind of training can play a vital role in effecting positive change in people and how they work.

Ross has handled training assignments in leading companies across sectors including Banking, Healthcare, education, manufacturing  and the Service Sector in India. He has designed and delivered learning programs at leading organizations across the country - BHEL, L&T, Escorts, Eureka Forbes, Honeywell, Reserve Bank of India, Reliance,MRF,Goodyear Wipro, Infosys, are companies to name a few.

Ross worked with the Icfai University Group as a part of  its  Training & Development team .He was responsible for managing complete training programs of the entire workforce in soft skills, management development and leadership skills.

Ross has  undertaken training for  students as well. He believes that learning Soft Skills while studying , helps students strike the right balance to prepare themselves better for a good working life. This has led him to undertake training programs for students of colleges and management institutes on personal effectiveness, self -confidence and motivation. He considers this work to be the most meaningful part of his work as a trainer.

Profile of Madhujit Singh

Madhujit Singh is a behavioural skills trainer with a passion for developing professionals especially women. Madhujit’s 22+ years of rich experience includes Sales and marketing, Talent acquisition and Learning and Development.

She has,in her over two decades of experience   worked with organisations such as Kaizen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and NIIT Ltd., before venturing into becoming an independent Learning and Development consultant.

As a sole Managing Partner in India for Kaizen Technologies (a recruitment consultancy, headquartered in United States), she was responsible for successfully setting up the organisation from ground up. As part of her career at NIIT Ltd, she was involved in conducting career guidance workshops, as well as workshops on interview facing skills. She has also served as a guest faculty for a premier business school in Hyderabad.

She has been  associated with companies such as ADP, Amazon, BHEL ,Delloite ,Oracle ,Tata Docomo. Wells Fargo,Infosys,Vodafone among others in their training initiatives.

Madhujit conducts motivational workshops to generate a sense of belongingness to the organisation amongst the participants. As a learning consultant she has trained over 3000 professionals, ranging from Top-management to the Front-line staff on behavioural skills, self-development and leadership skills. She conceives, designs, develops and executes customised workshops for Corporate houses.

Her passion is supporting corporate houses in their diversity and inclusion initiatives. She conducts workshops to facilitate the corporate sector in becoming a more gender balanced workplace.

She has undergone a one-week vigorous training on Communication Strategies for Men & Women at Work at IIM-Ahmedabad.

Madhujit is currently serving as a committee member at ISTD (Indian Society for Training and Development), Hyderabad chapter. She is also actively involved in NHRD & COWE, an Confederation of and for Women Entrepreneurs.

Profile of Sreenivas Murthy

Sreenivas is an MBA (Marketing) with over 18 years of corporate experience in Sales, Marketing, Training and Strategic Initiatives in the IT, Telecom and Life Insurance Sectors. He was last designated as Associate Vice-President (Strategic Initiatives) and National Head – CEIP (Direct) in Max New York Life Insurance as on July 2008, before turning an entrepreneur.

Sreenivas is a Master NLP Practitioner, trained under Dr. Richard Mc Hugh, one of the most renowned practitioners of NLP in the world. Since July 2008, Sreenivas has been pursuing his passion of facilitating transformation in people as a Coach and Facilitator.

Sreenivas conducts one-to-one Work-Life Coaching Programs as well as facilitates training programs in the areas of Sales, Behavior, Leadership and Stress Management. Profile of Prof. Manas Chakravarty

Manas Chakravarty  is a management graduate from  the  Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management  and is an alumnus of the Administrative Staff College of India(ASCI) .He has over three decades of experience in the area of Human Resources.  As a practicing manager, he moved through a variety of businesses such as infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics and health care before switching over to academics.  His professional exposure is well  rounded and balanced, covering industry and services, public sector and private sector, as also academia and practice.

Manas has travelled to several cities across  India and has delivered  faculty development programs to faculty members at several universities and Business Schools . He brings  his rich  expertise as a practicing manager  and his experience in teaching academic courses when he  designs and delivers market relevant programs for professional executives .He has designed and delivered learning programs at leading organizations across the country like BHEL, L&T, Escorts, Eureka Forbes, Honeywell, Reserve Bank of India, Reliance, Wipro and Infosys.

Manas has handled several national and international level conferences and educational summits as a program director wherein  he has conceptualized ,designed and conducted the programs.

K. Sreedher is a management consultant and Trainer. He has an overall professional experience of 23 years in India and abroad and worked in various verticals such as Hospitality, Media, Civil Aviation and Courier & Logistics. For the last 14 years, he has been into training & consulting and has executed several assignments for varied clients.


He is a Post Graduate in Management with dual specialization in HR and Marketing. He is also a Post Graduate in Economics and holds a P.G.Diploma in Hotel Management. Currently he is pursuing Ph.D in Emotional Intelligence. In addition, he is also a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 QMS.


During the course of his Training & Consulting career, he has conducted several programmes in the areas of Behavioural Skills Improvement for Staff and Supervisors, Leadership Development programmes for Middle and Top Management and Outbound Training initiatives for all levels.
